Biography
Diana Frankovic is a Berlin-based Senior Strategic Advisor, Media and AI Expert, and award-winning visual artist who bridges policy, technology, and creative innovation. Drawing on over two decades at the intersection of journalism, political science, and the global AI industry, she translates complex technical and geopolitical realities into strategic narratives that move decision-makers.
She works as Senior Strategic AI Consultant and Linguist for leading global technology companies, bringing the analytical precision of a journalist who has conducted more than 50,000 key informant interviews across Asia, Europe, and Africa. Her 18 years as a prime-time Moderator and Senior Consultant at ARD public broadcasting, including radio stations Fritz (rbb) and Cosmo (WDR), built the editorial authority that now underpins her advisory work.
Her debut Art House documentary “The Sad Monk” won 20 awards at international festivals, including Best Documentary at the Roma Creative Contest 2016 and the Van Gogh Award for World Directing at Amsterdam Film Festival 2017, and has screened in over 35 countries across Asia, Europe, South America, and Australia. She holds a M.A. in English Studies, Political Science and Media Studies from Freie Universität Berlin and received an IJP fellowship for China and Hong Kong in 2015 and 2017. Her artistic practice explores the intersection of spirituality, time, and space.
